Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for various loan products.
- Contact customers through calls, emails, to explain loan options and eligibility criteria.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through the loan process from application to disbursement.
- Collect and verify necessary documents as per policy.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan approvals and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain conversion ratios.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on loan policies and market trends.
