We are looking for an experienced Telecollection Manager to lead our collections team. The candidate should have strong expertise in team management within BPO/call center models and hands-on knowledge of both manual and auto dialers.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and motivate a team of 50–60 members, including Team Leaders & Telecallers. ✅ Handle the early bucket portfolio of unsecured products. ✅ Drive collections strategy and ensure target achievement. ✅ Monitor performance, coach the team, and enhance productivity. ✅ Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance. ✅ Prepare and share MIS reports with management.

📌 Graduate degree (mandatory) 📌 Minimum 5+ years of collections experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role 📌 Proven exposure to BPO/Call Center collection models 📌 Strong knowledge of manual & auto dialers 📌 CIBIL score above 750
