About this role

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records in CRM/database.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Accounts) for issue resolution.
  • Assist in follow-ups for leads, payments, documentation, and service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on customer feedback and interactions.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or equivalent).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or client relationship roles.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
