The "Sales Consultant" plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by handling calls transferred from the Telemarketing (TM) team, engaging with potential clients and converting leads into sales. This role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle, including agreement signings, making outbound calls using dialer and manual resources, and meeting established sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in outbound sales, particularly in the US market and demontrate exceptional communication and negotitation skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Call handling & sales:
- Manage calls transferred by the Telemarketing (TM) team.
- Qualify and engage clients to promote and sell services (Hardcore Sales).
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including managing agreement signings.
- Sales Process Adherence:
- Follow pre-arranged scripting while adhering to filters and criteria.
- Implement the sales process meticulously to achieve high conversion rates.
- Client Interaction and Follow-up:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide necessary follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (high school diploma or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in the US market.
- Proven track record in US calling or client handling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familarity with dialer systems and manual calling processes.
