We are looking for Regional Tele-Callers to join our Unsecured Debt Collection team. The ideal candidates should be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam and will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their concerns, and assisting them in resolving overdue payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment reminders.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow compliance guidelines and adhere to company policies.
- Negotiate and encourage customers to make timely payments.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam (any one or more).
- Prior experience in collections / tele-calling / customer service preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
