Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in CRM/database.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Accounts) for issue resolution.
- Assist in follow-ups for leads, payments, documentation, and service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Prepare and share regular reports on customer feedback and interactions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or client relationship roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
