About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Agency Manager – Field to oversee and manage debt collection operations through external agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in collections management, agency coordination, and field recovery operations within the BFSI or NBFC sector. This role requires a professional who can effectively handle collection agencies, monitor performance, and contribute to recovery targets while maintaining compliance and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise collection agencies operating in the assigned territory • Monitor agency performance, recovery efficiency, and target achievement • Coordinate with agencies to ensure effective field recovery operations • Support and contribute to self-collection activities when required • Ensure agencies follow company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices • Maintain regular reporting, documentation, and performance reviews
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Debt Collections / Recovery Operations • Experience in handling collection agencies or field recovery teams • Graduation is mandatory • Good CIBIL score • Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
