We are hiring for Collection Executive who has at least 6 months of experience in Debt collections (Bucket/Recovery). The candidate will be responsible for interacting with the overdue borrowers, informing borrowers about the loan overdue payments, the candidate will be convincing & negotiate the loan repayments, maintain complete compliance & COC adherence and deliver customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass
- Communication & Negotiation skills
- DRA certification will be a plus
- Minimum 6 months of experience in debt collections
