Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end finance & accounting operations with strong governance and financial controls • Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategy • Ensure compliance with taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and regulatory requirements • Lead audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities • Implement scalable processes, cost optimization strategies, and operational efficiencies • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Accounts team • Deliver MIS, financial insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership for decision-making • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation frameworks
Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts • Strong knowledge of taxation and compliance • Experience in NBFC/financial services preferred • Leadership and team management skills
