Key Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Client Acquisition & Management: Acquire and manage clients for personal, business, and MSME loan products.
- Financial Need Assessment: Understand customer financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain client records and conduct regular follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Relationship Handling
- Sales experience would be a plus
- Graduate in any stream
