The MIS Executive will manage, analyze, and report data for both Credit (Underwriting) and Collection verticals. This role ensures leadership receives accurate, real-time insights to optimize loan approvals and maximize recovery rates
- Track login-to-disbursement funnels to identify drop-offs in salaried applicant profiles.
- Monitor credit approval rates, rejection reasons, and turn-around-time (TAT) metrics.
- Analyze applicant demographics like salary brackets, employer categories, and city tiers.
- Generate daily bounce reports and allocation sheets for internal and external collection agents.
- Track bucket-wise delinquency (FOIR, DPD buckets from 1 to 90+) and recovery efficiencies.
- Maintain PTP (Promise to Pay) trackers to evaluate collection team performance
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, and Index-Match.
- Database Tools: Strong SQL querying skills to extract data from complex lending databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of MIS experience specifically within a Bank, NBFC, or Fintech lender.
